Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website seowithahmad.com and any services provided by Ahmad Raza, operating as SEO with Ahmad ("we", "us", "our").
By visiting this website, submitting a contact form, booking a consultation, or engaging our services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and handle your personal data. Both documents form the complete legal agreement between us.
Services Offered
SEO with Ahmad provides freelance and consulting services including but not limited to:
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon individually — either through a written proposal, Fiverr/Upwork order, or email confirmation. Those project-specific agreements take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including projects that conflict with our values, involve illegal activity, or for which we lack sufficient expertise to deliver quality results.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. By engaging our services you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- You have the authority to engage our services on behalf of any company or organisation you represent
- The information you provide during onboarding is accurate and complete
- You will use our services and any deliverables in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Client Obligations
To enable us to deliver quality work efficiently, clients agree to:
Timely cooperation
- Provide all required access (website, analytics, ad accounts, hosting) within 3 business days of project start
- Respond to questions, review requests, and approvals within an agreed timeframe (typically 48–72 hours)
- Provide accurate, complete information about your business, website, and goals
Acceptable use
- Not use our services to promote illegal products, services, or activities
- Not request deliverables that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Not misrepresent our work as your own when engaging with end clients (white-labelling must be agreed in advance)
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our proprietary processes or tools
Penetration testing clients specifically
⚠️ For security and penetration testing services, you must provide written authorisation confirming you own or have explicit legal permission to test the target systems. Testing without authorisation is illegal. We accept no liability for engagements where false authorisation is provided.
Payments & Fees
General payment terms
- Pricing is agreed before work begins. No work commences without confirmed payment or a signed agreement
- Project fees are typically split: 50% upfront deposit, 50% on completion — unless otherwise stated
- Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month, due within 7 days
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed
Payment via third-party platforms
- Orders placed through Fiverr or Upwork are subject to those platforms' payment terms and fee structures
- Direct clients may pay via Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer as agreed
Late payments
- Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance
- We reserve the right to pause or suspend ongoing work until outstanding invoices are settled
- Deliverables remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If we are unable to deliver agreed work due to our own failure, a partial or full refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds for Fiverr/Upwork orders are governed by those platforms' respective refund policies
- No refunds are issued for results-based dissatisfaction where agreed deliverables have been completed
Deliverables & Intellectual Property
Ownership upon full payment
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables created specifically for you — including website code, content, designs, and reports — are transferred to you. You own them outright.
We retain rights to
- Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, processes, templates, and methodologies used in creating your deliverables
- Generic, reusable code snippets and libraries that are not exclusive to your project
- The right to reference your project in our portfolio and case studies (anonymised where requested)
Third-party components
- Some deliverables may incorporate open-source libraries, WordPress plugins, or third-party APIs. These remain subject to their respective licences
- We will disclose any third-party components used and their licence requirements
Website content
All content on seowithahmad.com — including text, case studies, blog posts, graphics, and free tools — is owned by Ahmad Raza and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.
Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project proposal clearly defines the scope of work and number of included revisions. Our standard approach:
- Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (stated in the proposal or order page)
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed
- Revisions are amendments to agreed deliverables — not new features or scope additions
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed number are billed at our current hourly rate ($75/hr or as stated)
Scope creep
If you request work that falls outside the original scope, we will notify you and provide a separate quote. We will not proceed with out-of-scope work without your written approval and payment agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
⚠️ We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. No ethical SEO or digital marketing professional can make such guarantees.
Search engine algorithms are controlled by Google, Bing, and other third parties and change constantly. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including:
- Search engine algorithm updates
- Competitor activity and market conditions
- The age, authority, and history of your domain
- Your ability to implement our recommendations promptly
- Quality and accuracy of information you provide
- External market or industry changes
We commit to applying industry best practices, transparent reporting, and our full professional expertise. Our case studies demonstrate the results we have achieved for past clients — but past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes:
- Business strategies, financial data, and proprietary processes
- Login credentials, API keys, and system access provided for project purposes
- Client lists, supplier details, and competitive information
- Security vulnerabilities identified during penetration testing engagements
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, used for any purpose beyond the agreed project, or retained beyond project completion (except as required by law).
For penetration testing clients: all vulnerability findings are strictly confidential. Reports are delivered only to the authorised contact and securely deleted from our systems within 90 days of delivery.

When accessing seowithahmad.com, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems

- Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Termination
Termination by client
- You may terminate an ongoing retainer with 30 days' written notice
- For fixed-price projects, cancellation after work has commenced forfeits the deposit
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for in full
Termination by us
We reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately and without refund if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 21 days and no payment plan has been agreed
- You breach any material term of these Terms, including providing false authorisation for security testing
- You engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward us
- Your project requires us to engage in illegal or unethical activity
Effect of termination
- All access credentials you provided will be securely deleted within 14 days
- Deliverables completed and paid for remain yours
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through:
- Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
- The competent courts of Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan
For clients engaging us through Fiverr or Upwork, disputes related to the order are subject to those platforms' dispute resolution processes and terms of service.
International clients: you agree that any claims against us are subject to Pakistani law and jurisdiction, regardless of where you are located. However, mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may still apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active client engagements, material changes to Terms will be communicated directly via email.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, especially before starting a new project with us.
